Jewelery designer Veronika Habermannova comes from the family of Alfred Habermann. She is the third generation of artistic metalworker. She was born in Jihlava in 1974.
Her artistic talent was influenced by her family. Her work is based on the family tradition.
In 1988 to 1992 Veronika attended the Secondary Art School in Turnov, where she studied silver and gold jewelery making. She then obtained further essential experience during an internship at a goldsmith workshop in Regensburg, Germany.
Veronika often attends meetings of artistic blacksmiths at the castle Helfstyn, where she presents her work. She also received numerous awards there. Veronika also exhibited in Jihlava, Prague and Telč.
For the occasion of the state visit of the presidential couple in 2010, Veronika was selected by the Vysočina region to create representative jewelery for the first lady, Mrs. Lívia Klausová.
Veronika makes her jewelery in her own goldsmith workshop in Jihlava.
Nature is one of the biggest sources of her inspiration. Veronika prefers working with traditional materials - gold and silver together with natural stones and pearls.
